1. General Provisions and Ownership

1.1 Purpose These Terms govern the access to the site, the use of the online store, and the purchase of products offered by NatMai. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to all of these terms and conditions.

1.2 Intellectual Property All components of the site and products created by NatMai (including, but not limited to: original illustrations, the symbolism of the cards of the Prima Arcana deck and future projects, designs, texts, logos, and artistic concepts) are the exclusive intellectual property of NatMai. Any reproduction, copying, scanning, modification, or redistribution, in whole or in part, on any medium whatsoever, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. Any unauthorized use constitutes an infringement punishable by legal action.

1.3 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer The products and content offered by NatMai are artistic works and personal development tools intended exclusively for entertainment and personal reflection purposes. The use of products created by NatMai is the sole responsibility and free will of the user. NatMai disclaims all responsibility for interpretations made by the user or decisions (personal, financial, medical, or otherwise) taken following the use of the products. These tools are in no way a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. NatMai cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect, psychological or material damage resulting from the use or misunderstanding of its products.

2. Shipping and Delivery Policy

2.1 Service Areas We ship to Canada, the United States, and Internationally. Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

2.2 Shipping Methods and Rates National Shipping (Canada): Handled by Canada Post. Shipping is free for all orders of $100 CAD or more (before taxes) within Quebec. For smaller orders, a fixed flat rate applies based on your region. International Shipping (USA and World): To ensure maximum security and rigorous tracking for our limited editions, international shipments are handled by DHL Express. Fees are calculated at a flat rate at the time of purchase. Customs Duties: For any shipment outside of Canada, customs duties, import taxes, or customs processing fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

3.1 Final Sales Given the artistic and limited nature of the products (Prima Arcana Tarot, Oracles), all sales are final. This policy does not limit the rights granted by the legal warranty under Quebec law.

3.2 Non-eligible Products No returns or refunds are accepted except for proven defects. The following products are never eligible:Opened or handled tarot decks (the plastic shrink-wrap seal must be intact).Products damaged after delivery.Limited, numbered, or personalized editions.

3.3 Defective or Damaged Products upon Receipt You must contact us at nnaattmmaaii [at] gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number and clear photos of the defect. After analysis, NatMai may, at its discretion, replace the product or offer a refund.

3.4 Responsibility and AddressesOnce the package is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for transport lies with the latter. In the event of a confirmed loss, we will assist in opening a claim.The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the address provided. No refunds will be issued for a package delivered to an incorrect address. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1 Personal Data NatMai only collects the data necessary to process your order (name, address, email). Your payments are processed via secure platforms (Square) and no banking data is stored by our services. You have the right to access and delete your information by contacting us by email.
